LONDON - March 18, 2010 - Live in Italy is proud to announce that this summer IRON MAIDEN will perform an exclusive show in Italy. The concert will be held Tuesday, August 17 at the historic Villa Manin, Udine as a stage of "THE FINAL FRONTIER WORLD TOUR" from the name of their upcoming album which is scheduled for publication In late summer, early autumn this year.
The tour will begin in Dallas on June 9 and continue in the major amphitheaters and arenas in major North American (including Madison Square Garden) until late July, then moved later in Europe. They will be headlining festivals and in selected locations such as the UK and Sonisphere in Wacken, Germany. The Maiden will perform in some places of historical value as the majestic Villa Manin in Italy!
From their self-titled debut, from their first major worldwide hit "The Number of the Beast" to their most recent work "A Matter Of Life And Death", for the last 30 years has been the flag of Metal, Iron Maiden have influenced big bands like Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth. Dickinson's band has also inspired the new stars of the metal as Mastodon, Bullet for My Valentine and Trivium, as well as having sold more than 80 million copies and filled arenas and stadiums around the world. Renowned for its spectacular scenery and for their uncompromising musical ability during their "'08-'09 Somewhere Back in Time World Tour" has performed alone in an amazing way to reach 38 countries before more than two million children. Vitali and exciting as ever, Maiden have never failed to strike up the best possible show for their fans and to give even the largest stadium, the atmosphere of a club because of their intense communication with the public.

The majestic building of Villa Manin, located Codroipo in the province of Udine, is one of the most important monuments of Italian art. Commissioned by Ludovico Manin in the seventeenth century to celebrate the prosperity and power of his family, was the country home of the family. At the end of the eighteenth century, during the reign of 'last Doge of Venice, Ludovico Manin (1789-1898), Napoleon Bonaparte chose this residence regal as the headquarters of the French troops who settled there in 1797 during the Italian Campaign. The new structure would then that Napoleon imposed on the whole of Europe was planned here. It was in the rooms of the residence of the Doge, which were carried on the important negotiations which culminated in the Treaty of Campoformio (October 17, 1797), which marks the end of the Venetian Republic for the benefit of 'Hapsburg Empire.
